In a strong union environment,managed daily operations of the sterile processing departments at 2 campus sites. 42 OR rooms, 27,000 annual surgical procedures, staff of over 60 processing and case cart technicians.Conducted bi monthly educational programs for technicians in all areas of sterile processing and supply management. Responsible for the procurement of surgical instrumentation for both campuses and the supply chain management of perioperative surgical supplies.
