Daily Duties at Rust College:
Director of Enrollment Services Spearheaded recruitment and enrollment programs focused on increasing new student enrollment and student retention through outreach, brand development, and visibility initiatives. Develop strategies targeting greater diversity in student applicants, working with teams in academic and student affairs as needed. Define multi-year enrollment management plans. Utilize analysis of geographical trends, market research, and in-depth knowledge and involvement in the full student cycle from prospect through graduation to define policies that best support the administration’s goals for institutional development. Manage all aspects of key programs such as undergraduate admissions, financial aid, orientation / college readiness, and enrollment marketing and services. Provide critical recommendations to the president and Board of Trustees. Promote advancement and improvement in all areas of recruitment, enrollment, and support. Supervise up to 15 full-time personnel and up to 100 student employees.
