Daily Duties at Ropers Enterprises Limited:

Reported directly to the Managing Director and Owner. Review daily cashier sheets.Prepare daily deposits.Reconcile KYD and USD bank accounts. Reconcile AP and AR. Oversaw monthly billing and saw to mailing or hand deliver of invoices. Reconcile medical insurance invoices with employees lists, interviewed personnel for various positions including non-accounting positions, Participated in close out of store and ran relevant reports. Advise management on obsolete and slow moving items and organized discount sales event. Managed daily cash flows and liaised with bank from time to time to secure short-term funding, oversaw bi-monthly payroll preparation and submitted information online to bank account, Participate actively in collections as part of cash management. Prepared monthly financial statement. Calculated commissions for sales persons and made payments.Provide strategic guidance to various levels of management to improve the company and create sustainable cash flow. Maintain fleet gas and review records regularly for improprieties and excessive use. Liaise with store manager in inventory management/sale trends. Interact with vendors and customers on ongoing basis.
