-Managed a team of 10 Foreclosure Prevention Specialists; provided daily production reports while focusing on employee’s coaching and development. -Evaluated employee workout pipelines and provides calling strategy; conducted evaluation, approval and execution of Loan Modification agreements. -Hiring, training, annual performance review of line-level employees. -Played a key role as a Subject Matter Expert during the acquisition of Aurora Bank.
