Daily Duties at Mansfield Isd:

Coordinated and effectively communicated the instructional program of Math and Special Education. Oversee all budgetary matters related to the building. Supervised and evaluated certified and paraprofessional support staff. Served as a member of the Superintendent's Administrative Council. Provided an effective staff development program which resulted in improved instructional quality. Participated in professional growth activities of the latest research affecting teaching and learning Established appropriate expectations for teachers and engaged in direct supervision to insure that those expectations are being met. Followed and implemented all laws and procedures related to the safety, security, and welfare of students, staffs, and facilities. Coordinated all building meetings and activities of staff, students, and parents to insure efficiency and effectiveness. Created a climate in meetings and in-service activities that is responsive to the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of staff. Effectively utilized participatory decision-making and problem-solving strategies.
