Daily Duties at Mansfield Isd:

Provides behavioral and retention guidance to students. Hires, disciplines, terminates the employees under his supervision. Counsels, Mentors, Assists, Tutors, Motivates, and Promotes faculty and staff welfare as needed. Initiates curricula changes as needed Achieves good faculty and staff attendance. Maintains books, files, and other records and documents as required. Manages the New Teacher institution retention program. Assists in the development of new program offerings. Demonstrates professional growth by attending professional seminars, college courses, professional classes, trade shows, etc. Is punctual and maintains good, professional habits and behavior, and exhibits a professional demeanor at all times. Is innovative and provides management with ideas for improvement. Enforces and publicly supports company policies and procedures. Attends faculty and staff meetings, in-service seminars, and other related functions. Ensures that students reach midpoints in a timely manner. Ensures that students are satisfied with all academic services.
