Daily Duties at Transquest:

INFORMATION SYSTEMS SECURITY OFFICER Promoted with full responsibility for over 30 critical systems. Ensures continuous security, upgrades, and availability. Information Assurance initiatives include planning, initiating, and executing Security Accreditation projects. Ensures all information systems under cognizance are functional and secure. Prepares IA Certification and Accreditation (C&A) documents for Sensitive Compartmented Information and Collateral information systems. Implements IS standards and procedures through the certification and accreditation process. • Ensures mission-critical system availability. • Successfully migrated over 200 systems from NCAD to XACTA • Manually audits all systems vulnerabilities. • Earned Security + Certification. • Earned ITIL v3 Certification • Collaborates with Team Lead. REMOTE DESKTOP ANALYST Analyzed definition, development, implementation, maintenance, and support of laptops, desktops, and client-supported applications. Continuously collaborated with end-users on system functions and usage. Researched modifications for existing programs. Delivered continuous technology support and issue resolution: • Successfully resolved over a 100 ticket every day. • Within 6 months, mastered phone support. • Successfully obtained full sole support within 6 months.
