Daily Duties at Nationstar Mortgage:
Worked closely with the Senior Vice President of the division; directed 40 line-level employees and 4 managers. In charge for meeting and exceeding aggressive delinquency reduction goals of a multibillion-dollar portfolio of FNMA residential mortgage loans. Forecasts delinquency reduction and sets monthly department goals. Directed all facets of call center operations including staffing, scheduling, reporting, performance coaching and training management. Trained managers in driving team performance and optimizing productivity level. Coordinated the development and implementation of various training programs. Established dialer strategy to ensure compliance with investor calling requirements. .
