Daily Duties at Cisco Systems:
Responsible to create large complex enterprize level IP telephony environments. Establish testing baselines and conduct extensive functional and performance testing of IPCC Customer Contact Solution following SLA guidelines. Create Functional Reporting Test Strategy and Plan along with detailed test cases. Review plan and test cases with engineering for approval. Create automated test scripts using Mercury tool. Also validate non-functional requirements such as product install and configuration, and compliance of various IPCC Call Center systems and Historical Reporting. Responsible for reveiwing product with architects and engineers to understand new, deprecated features and functions of the latest IPCC version, Created detailed test plan & strategies. Created automated test scripts using HP and Mercury Tool suites. Report and review defects with engineering and developers. Responsible to verified 3rd party application and tools such as Avaya and CTI technologies along with the network infrastructure. Work with peers to resolve testing environment issues and recreate defects. Also mentor and coach peers in setting up of CTI, Database and Network components. Review training and product documentation. .
