Daily Duties at New Day Community Centers:
As Chief Executive Officer and President of New Day Community Centers, I direct and evaluate the administrator, administrative staff and the overall organization within the limits of the functions and policies established by the licensee; prepare the organization’s budget and manage expenditures according to budget’s limitations; represent the organization at professional meetings with other institutions and organizations; report quarterly to the Board of Directors’ matters of finance and program development and implementation; review complaints made by authorized representatives findings to the Board of Directors; recruitment, appointment, evaluation and termination of staff; develop orientation, training administrative staff; assess operations and programs; report to the Board of Directors and make necessary recommendations to address identified problems.
