Hire, manage, and train 15 therapist in a 3 county territory, in order to deliver quality care to the home care population. Responsible for marketing, building, maintaining new and existing accounts. Evaluate and treat up to 35 patient visits per week. Responsible for instituting and providing policies and procedures in order to abide by Medicare guidelines.
