Daily Duties at Jp Morgan & Chase Co.:
Manage a staff of 15+ reps in the Quality/Control and Oversight group that is in charge of internal audits and disputes of Pre Funding, Pre Disbursements and Post Fund. Work with direct vice president in creating and updating training guides. Set clear objectives and goals by implementing monthly scorecards which improved internal quality and production Create compensation plans for direct reports while adhering to budget requirements. Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters dealing with associate performance. Provide feedback to staff, providing coaching and answering questions relative to Processors, Closers, Funders and Underwriter’s activities.
