Daily Duties at Perky's Foodservice:

National and International territory (24 Countries) consulting and selling Franchise sales with closure of over 10 locations per year averaging an initial investment of $20,000 and yearly revenue in excess of $50M with franchises into resorts, hotels, family entertainment centers, convenience stores and stand-alone businesses. These results were accomplished using innovative sales techniques and relationship building through the presentation and review of Uniform Franchise Office Circulars and the introduction of new restaurant concepts. The retention rate was 98% with over 400 locations still in operation. Developed training at all levels on total restaurant operations, P&L, and dual branding. Performed franchise inspections, arranged financing, contracts and product development. Introduced new product, conducted group presentations and management development programs for 124 corporate and franchise stores. Developed and provided training of total business operations for new owners, opened 70 new stores, consulting on operations, dual branding. Implemented 20 new products, resulting in increased revenue of 6% to 10% per unit. Conducted forecasting, planning, budgeting, P&L responsibilities, hiring, scheduling, inventories, sales department, banquets, lounge training, and opening. Responsible for $50 million plus in assets and sales, increased sales 20% per year including a 1 million dollar profit swing in 365 days.
