I was a plant second shift nurse responsible for giving first aids to sick and to the injured employees. Responsible for handing analgesics as needed by plant employees, managed & maintained logs & records for medical leave of absence & return to work. Responsible for maintaining & keeping logs for OSHA regulations, annual audiometric testing scheduling, annual physical scheduling & updates, communicated with doctors' offices, clinics & work-man's compensation staff on behalf of the employees. Responsible for maintenance of form 19/ work-man's comp. paper work & generate weekly reports for management group.
