Daily Duties at Nationstar Mortgage:
Key role in handling five team managers and fifty Foreclosure Prevention Specialists. Developed and maintained productivity reports and dashboards for staff and management team. Executed workout and delinquency reduction forecasting for the department. Conduct monthly evaluations for department performance and present it to Executive Vice President of Servicing. Instrumental in the development and implementation of a sound, effective call GAP strategy ensuring compliance with investor calling requirements. Applied monthly call calibrations with investor FNMA and played a key role in the implementation of FNMA’s KYOCC call flow.
