Daily Duties at Health Care Seekers:
A unit charge nurse responsible for making assignments for the LPNs and CNAs. Pt. assessment, care planning, implementation of nursing care to the psychiatric & mentally ill patients, suicidal & self injurious pts. Medication administration, patient education, making sure able pts. attend social events per their care plan & responsible for the smooth run of the unit on 7p-7a shift. Reports to the unit manager in am and to the on-coming shift, Makes unit rounds per hospital procedure. Takes MD orders & transcribes orders, makes sure pts. treatment is done & nourishments given as ordered for each pt.
