Daily Duties at Aubrey Inc.:

• Develop new chemical formulations for use in product line of biosynthetic skin substitutes and develop new chemical methods of analysis. • Make R&D lab scale batches of products for evaluation. • Perform testing on R&D product and/or coordinate testing with outside labs. • Testing, inspection and approval of incoming raw materials. • Testing, inspection and approval of manufactured goods. • Responsible as a Project Manager for Product Development Team handling Design Control and Change Control. • Assist in all areas of the company by generating as well as revising documentation to FDA standards being “Document Controller”. • Maintain all document database including but not limited to Training records, Released documents, Engineering Change orders, Standard Operating Procedures, QA-RA documents. • Maintain company compliance with Non-conformance and Corrective/Preventive action procedures. • Review, update and maintain all company SOPs and External reference standards. • Issue and coordinate change orders to documentation. • Perform Supplier surveys for Supplier Approval. • Responsible for Complaint handling and MDRs. • Responsible for internal audits and current GMP and GLP. • Represent the QA department for External audits by n0tified bodies. • Assist in 510K submissions with applicable regulatory requirements. • An active member of Safety committee and responsible for Hazardous chemicals inventory and safe disposal.
