Daily Duties at Asbury Care Center:
Responsible for the second shift unit assignment, takes reports from out going nurses and give report to on-coming staff. Responsible for pt. assessment, care planning, implementation of pt. care, take doctors orders & transcribes orders. Pt./family education, admissions & discharges. Med. admin, treatments, making sure able pts. goes to pt. activities per their care plan,& that each pt. receives his/her nourishment as ordered. Ensure that each pt. received their prescribed diet. Responsible for the run of the unit making sure each CNA & LPN carry out their responsibility.
