Project Director, 02/2008 – 03/2009 Developed, mentored and guided a team of 7 Custom Development (CD) Project Managers in addition to executing several small to medium sized projects. Reported status to CD Management and provided requirements for project tracking system. Development Manager, 02/2006 – 02/2008 Managed, mentored and developed a team of 18 Custom Development (CD) developers, architects and project managers. Project Manager, 10/2002 – 02/2006 Served as the Project Manager for multiple projects across the US and Canada including a number of short-term development evaluations and projects for companies such as PetroCanada, Rohm & Haas, Autodesk, the US Navy, Howrey and Chevron. Consulting Manager, 06/1999 – 10/2002 Developed and managed a team of 20 technical consultants and supported over 60 customers. Set business strategies, sustained customer relationships, and performed at or above assigned revenue and contribution targets. Developed financial and technical knowledge of SAP Products (core R/3, BW, APO, BBP, PLM, CRM and Workplace. Technical Consultant, 04/1996 – 06/1999 Advised customers on technical aspects of electronic data interchange using SAP IDOC and ALE technologies during 6 different implementations. Guided customers on Basis topics such as client strategy, Transport Management System, and backup and recovery. Taught classroom courses on EDI, ALE and IDOC topics. Application Manager, 02/1995 – 04/1996 Directed the group providing internal SAP systems for Sales, Training and Consulting in addition to managing the team responsible for SAP’s internal e-mail services.
