Daily Duties at Acuren:

• Responsible for the financial management of a high growth US business including Annual Planning at customer level, Forecasting, Customer Bids & Pricing, Accounts Receivable Management and Internal Controls. • A highly visible business partner for the US GM and the decentralized regional operational GM’s with offices of 50+. Drove strategy development for key growth segments and coordination across the regions. • Drove profitability improvements by improving labor mix, pricing and costs at job sites. • Partnered with Business Development and Sales to increase revenue with clients with innovative approach to providing high quality service at a lower cost. • Improved past due receivables through collaborate approach with GM’s and Sales. Also, partnered with an industry expert to implement a web-based Accounts Receivable System that provides work flow account management for collectors and provides automated dashboard and KPI reporting.
