As the founder/owner of a small, solo practice, I am actively engaged in every aspect of the firm's management in addition to providing legal and business consultation services to clients and colleagues. Development and implementation of corporate strategy; prepared documents and negotiated settlements; managed business aspects of practice, including accounting, marketing and management of referral source network. In addition, I performed consulting services for other start-up law firms, including addressing issues regarding retainers and cash flow, marketing and client management and intake assessment, as well as strategy for specialization in various lines of business.
