Daily Duties at Warrenton Flight Center :

• Developed a business and marketing plan and conducted financial planning for the expansion of the flight school and Part 135 Flight Service • Performed financial, budget and cost analysis for the purpose of acquisition of new aircraft • Performed financial analysis to include aircraft operating cost / break even analysis for the purpose for both current fleet aircraft and to weigh the cost/benefit of adding additional aircraft of various types to the fleet • Developed and taught ground up Piper Navajo Systems course to employees and students • Managed daily operations including maintenance, line and dispatch operations • Designed and developed computerized training materials for Section 135 ground school
