Daily Duties at At&T:

Manage and grow a specific revenue base of $170M a year in the CA/Reno,NV region through the sale of Telecom service networks using technologies such as: DS1, DS3, SONET services, Ethernet, Voice, Mobility, IP and other data based services. Account management strategy to identify sales opportunities presented to enhance our customer’s business goals for a value added experience Project management of network implementation and changes through teaming with internal and external stakeholders. Manage customer relationships of Network Planning Managers to position myself in the pre-planning stage of network design to support marketing and sales strategies and promote overall customer loyalty Develop and manage external support vendors like Alcatel Lucent, Samsung and Ericcson in an environment of partnership towards an overall goal Position myself through relationship building and networking with the appropriate level of management to secure correct level decision making Quantify funnel opportunities on a monthly basis along with AR numbers to present an overall accurate revenue picture to higher level management Initiate process improvement plans as recognized to improve efficiencies Assist Product Marketing on sales strategies for successful launches of new products Work successfully with a team of Account Managers to support and manage the large Telecom customer
