Daily Duties at Sportsman's Warehouse:

Write Daily, weekly and monthly budgets for 4 store locations Review previous days sales labor conversion rate and average check reports for 4 high volume locations. Analyze for areas of improvement and coach all 4 store managers on how to improve. Reduce operating expense for 4 locations by anlyzing Daily dashboard reports for the 4 locations counseling store mangers when improvement is needed. Review and Monitor training progression of 8 store manager in Training Modify program as needed Perform Quarterly Store inspections on each location training general mangers in maintaining company standards. Monitor Inventory accuracy and levels using Oracle inventory management system as well as cycle count manager.. provided customer service training and Sales training to Store managers and department managers. Respond and Investigate all customer complaints for each location and administer final resolution. Communicated all corporate policy memos or meetings down to store managers through e mail or daily conference calls. Listen and investigate all Human resource issue involving management and staff Council and resolve all issues
