Critical deliveries include large "Claims platform consolidation" project with focus on eliminating 2 platforms, game change transformation project "Enterprise Transaction Platform" creating a single large SoA based platform for all transaction processing. Awarded the best project consecutively for 3 years, both for Enterprise transactions platform and Claims consolidation. Focus on building strong innovative culture and employee development, mentored entry level associates on multiple occasions guiding them to groom their technical skills and align to Cognizant culture and project induction, on the job training and grooming associates in their career development across business development and technology tracks.
