Led Global Logistics for Pigments and Additives group. Actively managed 12 million tons of product annually, through 50 facilities in 22 countries. annual budget $250 million, 170 associates (7 direct reports). Hired to consolidate the organization, develop and implement synergies, drive cost out while improving service. Select and implement new ERP system.
