Daily Duties at Utili Tech, Inc.:
Promoted to the Vice President position and provided with a seat on the UtiliTech board, I began offering customers on-site auditing and telecommunications support services on an hourly basis. I lead telecommunications auditing teams of four employees that were responsible for on-site auditing, ordering services, maintaining billing and inventory informations and assisting customers in developing cost savings practices through telecommunications auditing and demand management. I supervised contract negotiations for customers and continued to improve options for data and voice networks. 100% of my time was spent at customer locations, as was much of the billable hours for my team. This created a new revenue stream for UtiliTech. Notable customers: Ehrlich, Inc. Radian Guarantee, Inc. Sovereign Bank, Vanguard.
