Daily Duties at Fiserv:
Supervise a group of computer operations team and data center technicians. Ensure customer Service Level Agreements were met or exceeded. Perform root cause on all issues. Interview, hire and discipline staff. Provide 24/7 support to internal and external staff and customers.
