Daily Duties at Nep Supershooters:
Manage 35 staff members which entails approving time sheets, expenses, vacation requests and daily schedules as well as securing travel plans throughout the US, Canada and Mexico. Talent acquisition for speciality staff when project requires. Research and implementation of state and federal regulations. Budgeting and billing of events up to $500,000. Cross department functionality interacting with Sales, Upper Management, Fleet, Accounting and Supply Chain to ensure details are aligned with overall project.
