Daily Duties at Hewlett Packard:
Responsible for leading a team of project managers 6 for proposal development by consistently applying lessons learned from previous proposals and delivery experiences. Leveraged experience and knowledge with the bid team to help identify and mitigate risks during bid development and ensure the bid content was the highest quality possible. Provided leadership, which included business modeling, creation, and introduction of new job functions, cross-functional training, development of programs, and design of program documents. Successfully launched the Delivery Assurance Process which was extremely difficult to implement. The Bid Assurance process had a tremendous positive impact and is still in use today throughout the Corporation. Successfully managed the development and design of a new modular desktop package by packaging many custom components into a factory service offering for Hewlett Packard. Assisted in the design and start-up of multiple global initiatives such as a newly introduced cost model, vendor management score-card, and Hewlett-Packard's preferred supplier list.
