Daily Duties at Praemittias Systems, Llc:
* Production management of the AN/PSS-7 WOLFHOUND Cooperative Radio Direction Finding System (CRDF) * Manage direction of non-exempt and exempt employees involved in production, assembly, sub-assembly or fabrication operations in the System Assembly and Integration lab (SAIL). * Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed * Management of laboratory layout and spaces as well as tracking lab inventories, test equipment, tools, supplies, defects and shipments. * IPC 7711/7721 Solder trainer responsible for the IPC solder certification of all of company's technicians, assemblers and SMEs. * Coordinate production activities with other departments such as quality control, engineering and logistics. * Oversee employee training, team collaboration, counseling and discipline of employees assigned to SAIL. * Secondary logistician with the ability to procure needed equipment, supplies and inventory for all ongoing projects as well as train primary logisticians in their duties and on Parts & Vendors software
