Chief Executive Officer of the SMACNA of Southern Nevada, a Chapter of The Sheet Metal & Air Conditioning Contractors’ National Association (SMACNA), having geographic jurisdiction Clark, Lincoln, Nye, and Esmeralda counties in Southern Nevada. Responsible to administer the business of the Association in accordance with the policies and programming formulated by the Board of Directors, which included financial administration, office and business administration, personnel supervision, membership services, membership promotion, labor relations (including collective bargaining negotiations and contract administration), public and community relations, educational and technical programming. Also served as Secretary to the Subcontractors Legislative Coalition (SLC).
