Response to problems on the telex level and negociating with our software engineers for correction, or modification of technical problems and adaption to other countries software and technical requests. • Develope all new access control infrastructures and supervise software engineers for new customers specification. • Had to supervise and implement time & access control for a big Nestlé plant for some 400 people, laboratories, introducing new ID cards for swivel access control
