Daily Duties at Delta Connection Pinnacle Airlines Inc:

• Responsible for efficient operation, safe and timely performance of all equipment under my management to include both the aircraft itself as well as ground support equipment being used on that aircraft. This required me to make instant decisions under adverse conditions to insure goals were achieved • Commanded and supervised both flight and ground crews and was accountable for the comfort and safety of the passengers to accomplish total customer satisfaction • Approximately 4100 hours of total flight time in the Canadair Regional Jet of which 2700 hours are as Pilot in Command • Operated in a national and international route structure with multiple hubs in the US and 128 out stations throughout the US and Canada. This required me to effectively operated in an environment with varying regulations and customs • Category II approach qualified • Responsible with crew scheduling to ensure that my entire flight crew was as close to on time as possible and in the event of an unanticipated change of schedule or unanticipated events coordinated with crew scheduling to make appropriate and legal changes to crew members schedules to ensure FAR scheduling and rest requirements were met while working in a Sabre Crewtrac environment
