Daily Duties at United States Army Reserve:
• Brigade level staff officer in the S-3 operations section • Perform unit budgeting and budget analysis for multiple funds up to $1.8 million for the purpose of distribution and use of Brigade funds • Perform operations orders and tracking to ensure that unit tasks at both the brigade level and subordinate unit levels were accomplished on time and that the appropriate personnel were assigned to accomplish the orders • Wrote operations concepts for the purpose of planning unit training activities • Prepared and analyzed Brigade performance statistics for presentation the Brigade Command Staff on a weekly basis • Assisted in the writing of the brigade yearly training calendar • Responsible for creating and compiling presentations slides for weekly meetings with subordinate units • Managed up five Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) and Enlisted Personnel in the Brigade CBRN • Served as Brigade Safety, Radiation Safety, Physical Security and Special Projects Officer • Planned, coordinated and financially managed multiple major Brigade events effecting senior Officers, NCOs and Civilian personnel to include leadership conferences and yearly training brief conferences
