Daily Duties at St. John's Hospital:
Responsible for operations and business development of three clinics, four hospital departments. Hospital had 10 million dollar operating budget. Clinics were on zero based budget plan. Met with all clinic managers and hospital Directors on weekly basis as a team and individually. Ran monthly quality meetings. Ran monthly meetings with each clinic and hospital department. Attended all main meetings with main hospital leaders. Developed ongoing strategic marketing plan. Developed internal and external relationships. Opened new programs to meet unmet needs. Did quarterly chart audits across all departments. Turned in monthly reports on all clinics and departments with action plans as well as corrective action plan. Responsible for over 250 FTE's and substantial pool of part-time and as needed staff.
