Originally hired as Director of Business Development but then promoted to Chief Operating Officer to open a 21 bed inpatient geriatric hospital called Red Rock Behavioral Health Hospital. Recruited and supervised all Directors. Responsible for negotiating good rates with insurance companies to ensure profitability. Ran monthly Quality Improvement meetings as well as staff meetings. Ran daily meeting with Directors to review previous day and plan current day. Developed strategic marketing plan. Provided in depth monthly and as requested reports to CEO and Corporate.
