Daily Duties at Peachford Hospital:

The Chief Executive in training is a temporary position. It is designed for experienced leaders to learn the workings of the company and then take over a hospital as CEO. Responsibilities varied based on CEO request. Was assigned to increase volume in adolescent outpatient programs. Identified referral sources to increase volume. Obtained new contract. Briefly operated this program which included documentation of group and family counseling sessions. Negotiated ongoing treatment with insurance companies and did treatment planning. Met with senior management team initially on daily basis.
