Daily Duties at Dendreon:

Lead clinical statistician in global submission of first in class cancer immunotherapy treatment (®Provenge). Protocol development and specification of statistical analysis plans combined with statistical programming. Provide statistical support in research and development. Co-author of many abstracts and posters for ASCO, SITC, AUA, ECCO. Developed statistical software to provide process monitoring for all manufacturing sites. Work closely with Quality Engineers and Process Engineers to optimize manufacturing processes and analytical assays. Successfully designed and executed experiments that led to significant cost of goods reduction.
