Daily Duties at Sensient Technologies:
Develop formulations to meet requirements in desktop, packaging and coding and textile product lines. Reformulate inks to specific customer requests such as color matching, competitive analysis of competitors inks, as well as reformulating due to raw material changes and discontinuations. Set up and operate standard laboratory equipment to conduct experiments and tests on R&D developed inks, non conforming components, new raw materials and finished goods. Gathered and presented data for analysis and high level decision making for various partners and company projects communicated with all levels of the organization Operate, calibrate, and maintain analytical instrumentation. Interacted and guided Manufacturing and QC staff at the production facility in Mexico on a daily basis.Controlled and maintained trial batch data records, inventory retains records and log book. Trained in Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) Generated non-conforming materials deviation reports Coordinate ink and dispersion scale-up with manufacturing by ensuring raw materials, formulations, necessary documentation and schedule were made available to production. Link and control QC and specification data of products in JD Edwards Enterprise One and Batchmaster manufacturing information management system.
