• Enforcement of ISO standards • Development of QA Audits and maintenance of Work Instructions, and OJT records • Assist all departments with process improvements to ensure quality and quantity requirements are met. • Assist all departments in meeting ISO and TQM requirements • Development of individual and departmental feedback • Development and design of quarterly reviews • Development and maintenance of loss prevention guidelines, evacuation plans and checklists • Facility preparation for internal and external audits • Coordinate with employee appreciation functions and incentives • Supervision and training of Quality Assurance & C of C Staff • Workflow enhancements & restructure of C of C Department to ensure elimination of backlogged inventory and adherence to quality requirements.
