• Management of proposals, and proposal schedules and budgets • Administration and setup of Proposal databases • Issuing Cost Memo & Proposal Schedules • Initiating Proposal Kick-off, Basis of Estimate Review, and Customer Review meetings • Maintenance of all proposal related documentation • Quality review of Basis of Estimates • Proposal support to proposal team • Coordination of mandatory and employee development training and training budget • Maintaining above 96% completion rating for Health & Safety training • Administration and setup of Training database • Updating monthly CPI/SPI & Quality metrics, Charter Pages and Retention Logs for internal/external audits • Quarterly Diversity/Inclusion training sessions and Diversity Council sponsored activities • Updating monthly Finance reports to track funding, labor & cost performance, EVMS performance and Actuals • Initializing & closing of Program Work Orders • Facility preparation for internal and external audits • Coordinate social committee & diversity functions and incentives
