Daily Duties at Vangent:

oversight of Content Management operations including development and maintenance of all content-related elements and quality control of all materials. Managed 30 policy experts and content specialists at multi-state locations to research, develop, maintain and publish content information available through the 1-800-MEDICARE program. Managed transition of workload from subcontractor to Vangent one month ahead of schedule while improving our client evaluation rating. Coordinated cross-functional and cross-contractor initiatives. Analyzed employee skill sets and workload, reviewed existing processes, and designed new protocols. Developed new standard operating procedures which successfully increased efficiency and quality of deliverables. Developed web-based scripting and also implemented Stellent Content Management system. Excellent and effective liaison between management and technical groups.
