Daily Duties at Competence Area Sl/Tms/Mss:

Managed Competence Readiness and end to end performance of projects for UNIX ,Oracle -based IT Solution such as OSS-RC, Charging system ,Ericsson multi activation and Mediation to meet needs of Services Organizations Business to support and manage customers’ network operations, i.e. competence needs for Customer Support, Managed Services and Projects. Remote Support Gateway Rollout Project Manager. Vendor and Stakeholder Management. Managed proactively to develop the employees to applicable Functional Roles and Functional Skills. These include individual certification, deployment of methods, tools and processes as well as develop a professional Service culture contributing to customer satisfaction and innovation.
