Daily Duties at Hunt Building Company:
Managed plan review and contract document finalization, contract management, value engineering, site development, utility infrastructure installation, multi-unit and midrise construction and ancillary construction. Prequalified subcontractors, solicited and negotiated bids, built project estimates, defined scopes of work, managed the execution of subcontracts, built job schedules, processed purchase orders and change orders and managed all project budgets. Managed all site development activities, daily project supervision and guaranteed the successful delivery of the project to meet the prescribed delivery schedule, quality expectations and cost objectives.
