Authored and maintained WinHelp, HTML Help, and WebHelp projects (Loan Consolidation, Collections, and Imaging) with RoboHelp authoring software. Authored and maintained technical reference documents and user guides for Sallie Mae employees, guarantors, lenders, and schools. Collaborated with 500 programmers/system analysts to obtain specifications and requirements. Conducted IT standards reviews, worked on prototypes, and participated in unit/string testing. Knowledge of Federal Trade Commission, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and U.S. Dept. of Education regulations. Maintained high-level government clearance with the U.S. Department of Education.
