Collaborated with business owners, development teams, and marketing teams during conception, design, development, testing, and delivery phases. Produced VoIP telephony help system and technical writing projects (ICME Help and Fax Help) for Interactive Intelligence employees, partners, and customers. Maintained high-level government clearance with the U.S. Federal Communications Commission. (Experienced a company layoff due to the local economy.)
