Daily Duties at Fusion Alliance:
Worked with user experience and design teams to facilitate interactions with Fortune 500 customers through analysis, design and development of innovative technology-driven solutions, including: websites, web applications, interactive marketing tools, and social media. Authored and maintained assigned writing projects and test scripts, conducted website testing, and produced validation documents. Performed a Flesch Reading Ease & Flesch-Kincaid grade Level Reading Analysis. Conducted IT standards reviews for multiple Darwin Information Typing Architecture (DITA) help systems. (Experienced a company layoff due to the local economy.)
