Designed on-demand and system release E-Learning and Instructor-lead training for employees, providers, and clients. Collaborated on training projects with the Product, Documentation, Marketing, and Release teams. Lead collaborative design sessions, prepared learning requirements, project plans, design documents, and models. Gained expertise for the Accord LMS, SharePoint, Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Salesforce Sales platforms.
