Daily Duties at Drawdy Roofing Inc:
I am responsible for marketing and business operations for Drawdy Roofing Inc and sister company ASM Sheet Metal Inc that includes 12-15 employees at any one time with another 30-40 subcontractors. Marketing strategy, development, planning, implementation and testing. My other responsibilities include: Assuring sales and administrative employees are properly following and carrying out their job duties. This has included developing each team members job description and function and revising when needed to meet the overall company needs.
